Manitoulin Centennial Manor is a cherished Municipal Home for the Aged, proudly supported by the municipalities of Manitoulin Island and District. Nestled in the picturesque town of Little Current, Ontario, our 60-bed residence offers stunning views of the North Channel of Lake Huron, surrounded by a tranquil and established residential area.


Since 1967, we have been dedicated to providing exceptional care to our elders. In 1998, the Manor underwent significant renovations to meet the updated design guidelines set by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all.

As a not-for-profit organization, our two-level facility features thoughtfully designed spaces, including dining areas on each floor, comfortable lounges for family and friends to connect with residents, and a newly updated courtyard with a gazebo for outdoor enjoyment.

Manitoulin Centennial Manor has been a cornerstone of elder care on Manitoulin Island since 1967. As a Municipal Home for the Aged, we are supported by the municipalities of Manitoulin Island and District. Our mission is to provide quality health care to individuals requiring long-term care placement, upholding their dignity, integrity, and cultural values.


Our dedicated team comprises Registered Nurses, Registered Practical Nurses, Personal Support Workers, and various support staff who work collaboratively to ensure the well-being of our residents. We encourage open communication among residents, staff, and family members to foster a supportive community.
